Day 01: Jammu – Kishtwar (215 Kms / 06 Hours)

Nestled in the Himalayas, Kishtwar is renowned for its natural beauty, including mountains, valleys, and waterfalls, as well as for saffron and sapphire production.

Upon arrival at Jammu / Udhampur, you shall be picked up and transfer to hotel. Rest of the time is free at leisure. Stay overnight at pre-booked accommodation.

Day 02: Kishtwar - Machail Mata (100 Kms / 4 Hours)

After early breakfast, proceed to pay your obedience at Machail Mata Ji Temple. En-route visit Chowgam followed by Shrine of Dargah Shah Asrar-u-Din Bagdadi. Hazrat Shah Asrar-ud-Din Baghdadi was a prominent Islamic Sufi saint in the region of Kishtwar, Jammu & Kashmir.

The Machail Mata shrine, also called Chandi Mata, is a revered pilgrimage site in Kishtwar, Jammu & Kashmir. Devotees worship goddess Durga in her Chandi form here. Many believe the shrine grants blessings and fulfills wishes. Each year, thousands join the famous Machail Yatra. The trek passes through scenic valleys and high mountains, making it a spiritual and adventurous journey. The yatra not only strengthens devotion but also highlights the cultural and religious spirit of Kishtwar. It remains one of the most significant pilgrimages in the region.

Day 03: Machail Mata – Sinthan Top – Margan Top – Warwan Valley (280 Kms)

Begin your trekking downwards in early morning and start your journey for Warwan. Enroute visit Sinthan Top and Margan Top.

Sinthan Top, at 12,450 feet, connects Kishtwar with Anantnag. The pass offers breathtaking views of snow peaks and lush valleys. Bikers, trekkers, and travelers stop here for adventure and photography. In summer, it becomes a popular tourist halt and a gateway between Jammu and Kashmir.

Margan Top, at 14,000 feet, links Warwan Valley in Kishtwar with Anantnag in Kashmir. The pass offers dramatic views of glaciers, meadows, and distant peaks. After early breakfast, check-out and proceed for Jammu. Check-in and stay overnight in pre-booked accommodation.

Day 05: Departure

This is the last day of the journey. Check out as per the standard check-out time and transfer to Jammu Tawi Railway Station / Airport for onward journey.
